0.4, A helping hand and a less helping one

New update ! There is now some Danger Below in Danger Below (it's about time, yes). I'm also improving some existing systems and focusing on some easy-to-expand functionalities. Finally, I'm getting used to do some pixel-art to create myself what I can't find in the asset-packs. It takes time but it gives me some freedom, and I'm getting better a this.

Added:
- A second level to explore
- A troll with a nailed bat
- A merchant with a dialog system and some weapons to sell
- Spears for the orc warriors (the merchant may be in cause ...)
- Better interactions and some minor furnitures
